OF ALL THESE TYPES OF PRODUCTS I HAVE USED, I HAVE FOUND BIOFREEZE TO WORK THE BEST AND FOR THE LONGEST TIME. THE ROLL ON IS EXTREMELY EASY TO USE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!
