I was born with severe eczema and have tried a plethora of products over my lifetime until I discovered Fragrance-Free Neutrogena Body Emulsion. This has been the only product that has worked for me enough to ditch the cortisone. In my opinion, there is nothing like it for relieving dry skin. The only complaint that I have is when opening the pump for the first time, if you don’t do it exactly right, the pump never opens. I have complained to Neutrogena about this several times, but they don’t see interested in fixing the problem.
