This is exactly what my husband needed in order to sleep in on his days off when the sun comes up. He says he couldn’t live without it. Great price too. The earplugs don’t do squat for him. They are cheesy and fall out of his ears. That’s ok, I bought this for him for the mask anyway and not the earplugs. The fit is great on his head. He has a pretty big head
